Electronic Signatures for Home Access

Welcome to the Start of a New School Year!

Please take the time to read and review these three documents, so that there is an understanding of the rules and regulations before the start of school. Once the documents have been read, students may then proceed to log on to Office 365 (using their full district email address and password) via the District Website under Quick Links. Once logged on, there will be an email from CHSAdmin requesting that you fill in the fields and electronically sign that you have read and understand the three documents included below. Please note that Office 365 and Home Access passwords have not changed. They were also included in your mailer for your convenience. Below you can follow this process step by step.

STEP 2

Log into your student email account.

Once done proceed to STEP 3

FAQ's

Use your full district email and password to log in.

Please allow 48 hours for a response.

Office 365 Access

STEP 3

Locate and Read the email from CHSAdmin.

Access the link provided within the email.

Proceed to STEP 4.

STEP 4

The link will open to an electronic form.

Complete all of the questions.

Electronically sign off that you read and agree to the rules outlined in the documents.

CONGRATS

You are done. Once the electronic signature is complete, the student and guardians will have access to Home Access on September 1 on or after 3pm. Please note, it could take up to 24 hours for your access to be turned on. 

If you attempt to log in to the Home Access Center before 3pm, September 1st, you will receive the following message, “Your attempt to log in was unsuccessful. You have entered an invalid username or password, or your account is currently locked out”. You do not need to call our offices for a new username and password; you simply logged on before the window was open.
