Seeking Participants for High School Research Study on Music & Hearing
Hello! My name is Lily Eacobacci, and I am a science research student at Carmel High School. I am looking for participants to complete a quick, voluntary, and anonymous 10-minute survey for my research project examining the connection between personal listening devices, music preferences, and hearing perception.

- For Minors (17 & under): A parent/guardian must first fill out the online consent form at https://forms.cloud.microsoft/r/VCscsJvtWX. After consent is completed, the minor may take the survey above.
