Community members who wish to speak during the public comment section of the Board meeting are asked to sign up in advance using our Public Comment Sign-up Form.
BLUE FLASHING LIGHTS MEAN STAY AWAY When our schools are involved in a safety drill or safety procedure, the blue strobe light at the front of a school building flashes on and off. That is a signal to parents and visitors to stay away from the school building. Please watch this video for more information.

Travel Team Tryouts for the Fall 2026/Spring 2027 season will take place in April/May for boys born 8/1/2007 - 7/31/2019 and girls born 8/1/2010 - 7/31/2019. - French Club - Tuesday 4/28 @ 4:30 pm for ages 8-13. Bonjour les amis! Join us at French Club, where we will discover the French language and francophone cultures through crafts, cuisine, stories, and fun activities!
- Battle of the Books Meeting - Tuesday 4/28 @ 5 pm for grades 5-11. The action-packed, fast-paced reading competition where teams from all over the Mid-Hudson libraries face off to see who knows their books the best!
- Lego Club - Wednesday 4/29 @ 4:30 pm for children ages 5 and up. Come and let your creativity run wild with Lego Club! Kids can make their own masterpieces with our large selection of Legos and display them after in the Family Center.
- La Fête du Travail - Friday 5/1 @ 3:30 pm for children of all ages. Come discover this traditional French holiday called La Fête du Travail celebrated May 1st. Children will make their own lily of the valley.
- Free Comic Book Day - Saturday 5/2 @ 11 am for ages 5 and up. Come and choose a Free Comic Book to keep, and take part in fun activities to celebrate! Each child can take 1 or 2 comic books while supplies last.
- Teen Leadership Council - Tuesday 5/5 @ 4 pm T.L.C is a program for teens run by teens. Earn community service hours, plan programs for your peers and mentor younger kids in children’s programs.
- Homeschool Hangout: Open Art - Friday 5/8 @ 2 pm for ages 5 and up. We have the art supplies, you have the talent! Pick some materials and create something beautiful.
- Crochet Club - Friday 5/8 @ 3:30 pm for ages 10 and up. You bring your creativity and talent , we’ll provide the supplies and a space to make it happen!
