College Business Economics Course Description

Economic Analysis 

This course provides an overview of how the economy works in order for students to make informed personal financial decisions & judgments. Topics include: Supply/Demand, Scarcity, economic systems, money management and planning, budgeting, tax planning credit and borrowing, saving and investment, housing, taxes, and retirement and estate planning.

This course can be used to fulfill the Economics requirement for graduation.

This course can be taken for college credit(3 credits) through St. Thomas Aquinas (STAC Course #BUSA-207- Personal Financial Management). There is a fee and an application deadline. Open only to juniors and seniors.
