    National Honor Society Induction 2025

    The National Honor Society Induction for 2025 will be held in the GFMS Auditorium at 7:00 pm.  Current members must arrive by 6:30.  Inductees and their families must arrive by 6:45.

National Honor Society

 The National Honor Society (NHS) is the nation's premier organization established to recognize outstanding high school students. More than just an honor roll, NHS serves to honor those students who have demonstrated excellence in the areas of Scholarship, Leadership, Service and Character. These characteristics have been associated with membership in the organization since its beginning in 1921.

Each fall juniors and seniors with an unweighted cumulative grade point average of 89.9 and above are invited to join the Carmel High School Chapter. Prospective and current members must perform a minimum of 30 community service hours a year and demonstrate qualities of leadership and character.
